That's why we've developed our delicious selection of fresh, made to order salads. We use farm fresh ingredients in every salad we make. Our dressings and croutons are made from scratch using natural ingredients and extra virgin olive oil.
At The Sub Shoppe, you'll never be served a salad filled with preservatives, emulsifiers, trans fats or other nasty ingredients you can't pronounce. If it wouldn't go on my plate, it won't go on yours.

Whether you're climbing a "fourteener" or spending the day skiing Colorado's epic powder, the Day Tripper's Salad was created for you. It contains an excellent blend of natural nutrients to keep you going all day long. We start with a blend of crisp, fresh hearts of Romaine and succulent fresh baby spinach leaves. We add fresh sliced red yellow and or orange sweet peppers, crisp sliced celery, Pecorino Romano cheese, Craisins, Sunflower nuts, herbed garlic crouton and our homemade Balsamic, Olive oil vinaigrette.
